Improves rotational mobility of the forearm and reduces stiffness
Keep your elbow at your side and bent about 90°. Hold a thin object such as a pen or make a fist. Slowly rotate your forearm so your palm faces up and hold for 15–30 seconds, then rotate your palm down and hold 15–30 seconds. Repeat 2–4 times on each arm.
2-4 reps per arm
