Encourages gentle forearm and wrist mobility to reduce stiffness

Sit leaning forward with your legs slightly apart and place your forearm on your thigh with the palm facing down. Flip your hand over so the back of your hand rests on your thigh, then flip it back to the starting position. Alternate between palm up and palm down while keeping your forearm on your thigh. Perform 8–12 repetitions for 1–2 sets on each arm.
