With your elbow bent 90° and tucked against your side, rotate your forearm so your palm faces up and hold for 5 seconds. Then slowly rotate your palm down and hold for 5 seconds. Keep your elbow at your side throughout the exercise. Perform 10 repetitions for 3 sets.
