Chair or countertop
Promotes relaxation, reduces pain and encourages gentle mobility of the shoulder joint.
Stand or sit holding onto a chair or countertop for balance. Slowly bend at the waist, allowing the affected arm to dangle freely.
Shift your weight from side to side or forward and back to create a gentle swinging motion in the dangling arm. Move it in circles, forward and backward and side to side.
Perform about 30 circles in each direction once per day.
