Strength

Provides isometric strengthening for the triceps without joint movement

Towel

Provides isometric strengthening for the triceps without joint movement

Stand with one arm holding a towel overhead and your other arm behind your back holding the opposite end. Pull firmly on both ends of the towel to create resistance and maintain the hold for about 10 seconds, keeping the top elbow close to your ear. Repeat 10 times.
