Soft ball or none

Prevents stiffness and maintains circulation in the fingers and wrist

Begin with your arm supported in a sling or on a pillow. Open and close your hand fully 10–15 times, then move your wrist up and down through its full range 10–15 times. After a few days, squeeze a soft ball for 5 seconds and relax, repeating 10 times. Perform these movements several times per day.

10-15 reps per session

2 seconds per rep (5 seconds for ball squeeze)
