Stretches the wrist flexor tendons and alleviates tension
Place your palms together in front of your chest in a praying position with fingers pointing upward. Slowly move your elbows outward and lower your hands while keeping the palms together until you feel a gentle stretch in your wrists. Hold for 1–3 minutes and repeat every 1–2 hours as tolerated.
1-3 minute hold — multiple sessions daily
60-180 seconds per rep
