Lipomas

Soft, mobile, non-tender mass with a “doughy” texture.

May compress nearby nerves causing pain or numbness (e.g., carpal tunnel).

Benign fatty tumor that grows slowly under the skin.

Surgical excision if symptomatic. Recurrence rate: <5%.
