Reduces stiffness and increases flexibility of the finger joints
Hold your affected hand out in front of you, palm facing down. Using your other hand, gently lift each finger of the affected hand upward to stretch it. Hold each finger stretch for 15–30 seconds, then relax. Repeat on each finger.
1 rep per finger — 2-3 sessions per day
15-30 seconds hold per rep
