Mobilises the thumb extensor and abductor tendons and reduces stiffness

Mobilises the thumb extensor and abductor tendons and reduces stiffness
Place your affected hand palm down on a table. Using your other hand, gently lift the thumb away from the table. Hold for 5 seconds, then lower the thumb back to the table. Repeat 10 times per session and perform this exercise 2–3 times per day.
