Encourages gradual elevation and improved range of motion in the shoulder
Stand facing a wall about an arm’s length away. Reach out and touch the wall at waist level with the fingertips of the affected arm.
With the elbow slightly bent, slowly walk your fingers up the wall like a spider until you’ve raised your arm to shoulder height or as far as comfortable.
Slowly lower the arm and repeat 10–20 times per day.
