Relax your shoulders and lean forward slightly, allowing the affected arm to hang down.
Swing the arm in a small circle, about a foot in diameter. Perform 10 revolutions in each direction once a day.
As symptoms improve, gradually increase the diameter of the circle or add a light weight (2–5 lb) to the swinging arm.
