Gentle joint mobilization to reduce pain and maintain mobility

Support your good arm on a table or chair and bend forward. Let the injured arm hang straight down.
Use your hips and legs to gently create small circular motions in the hanging arm. Slowly increase the circle diameter if comfortable, then reverse the direction.
Move the arm forward and backward and side to side as well. Perform each motion about 20 times in each direction.
