Stretch
Improves flexibility and overhead reach by stretching the shoulder joint.
Cane or wand
Improves flexibility and overhead reach by stretching the shoulder joint.
Lie on your back holding a cane, wand or light stick in both hands with palms facing down.
Keeping your elbows straight, slowly lift the cane overhead until you feel a gentle stretch in your shoulders. Slowly lower back to the start.
Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions, once daily.
