Promotes smooth gliding of the flexor tendons and prevents adhesions

Start with your hand in a neutral position with fingers straight. Slowly bend your fingers into a hook fist (curling at the middle joints), then into a full fist, then straighten them again. Move through this sequence smoothly and without jerking. Repeat the entire sequence 10 times per session.
