Biceps Tendonitis

Anterior shoulder pain/tenderness over bicipital groove, worse with resisted supination. Improves with rest, NSAIDs, PT.

Pain with Speed’s or Yergason’s; focal groove tenderness; anterior shoulder pain with lifting.

Stretch anterior shoulder; eccentric strengthening; scapular mechanics; gradual load; consider injections.
