Strengthens and mobilises the thumb abductor muscles
Position your affected hand sideways on a table with the little finger resting on the surface. Use your opposite hand to lift the thumb away from the fingers. Hold for 5 seconds, then gently lower. Perform 10 repetitions each session and repeat 2–3 times per day.
10 reps — 2-3 sessions per day
