Lengthens forearm flexor and extensor muscles to relieve tension

Lengthens forearm flexor and extensor muscles to relieve tension
Straighten your arm in front of you. For the flexor stretch: use your opposite hand to gently bend your wrist so your fingers point down, pressing the back of your hand, and hold 15–30 seconds. For the extensor stretch: gently bend your wrist back by pressing your fingers backward and hold 15–30 seconds. Perform 3 sets on each hand.
