Stretches the wrist flexor muscles to reduce tension

Stretches the wrist flexor muscles to reduce tension
Extend your arm forward with the palm facing up. With your other hand, gently bend your wrist so the palm moves toward the floor until you feel a stretch in your forearm. Hold for 15 seconds and release. Repeat 5 times. Do this four times daily.
