1st month - Wear splint 100 % of the time for first 4 weeks. 2nd month - Wear at night and uncontrolled environments and 80% of the day. 3rd month - Wear at night and uncontrolled environments and 20% of the day.

Will a NSAID (i.e. Ibuprofen, Advil, Aleeve, Motrin, etc.) help?
