Improves flexibility and length of the triceps muscle

Stand upright with your fingers clasped in a prayer position and raise your hands high above your head. Reach your clasped hands toward your upper back behind your head to stretch the back of your arm. Hold the stretch for 15–20 seconds and repeat 3–6 times.
