Improves rotational mobility of the forearm

Bend your elbow to 90° and keep it tucked against your side. Rotate your forearm so your palm faces down, then rotate so your palm faces up. Practice turning playing cards or pages of a book to make the motion smoother. Perform 10–20 repetitions per session and repeat several times each day.
