Stretches the wrist extensor muscles and relieves tendon irritation

Stretches the wrist extensor muscles and relieves tendon irritation
Hold your arm straight out in front of you with the palm facing down. Using your other hand, gently bend your wrist downward (toward the floor) until you feel a stretch in the top of your forearm. Hold for 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 5 times. Perform this sequence four times per day.
