Stretches the posterior capsule and helps regain cross‑body reach

Sit or stand comfortably. Use your good arm to lift the affected arm at the elbow and bring it gently across your body.
Apply gentle pressure to stretch the shoulder and hold for 15–20 seconds.
Repeat 10–20 times per day.
