Impingement Syndrome

Compression/irritation of rotator cuff with pain on elevation and night pain; responds to targeted PT and activity changes.

Painful arc; positive Hawkins‑Kennedy; overhead and night pain; tenderness over cuff/subacromial space.

Rotator‑cuff & scapular strengthening; posterior capsule stretches; posture/ergonomics; graded exposure.
