Stretches the elbow extensor muscles and relieves tightness

Stretches the elbow extensor muscles and relieves tightness

Lift your affected arm and bend the elbow so your palm faces you. With your other hand, gently press on the back of your forearm to move your hand toward your shoulder until you feel a stretch in the back of your upper arm. Hold for 15–30 seconds and repeat 2–4 times on each arm.

2-4 reps per arm

15-30 seconds hold per rep
