Stretch
Increases external rotation flexibility of the shoulder joint.
Cane or wand
Increases external rotation flexibility of the shoulder joint.
Lie on your back holding a cane in both hands with elbows bent at your sides.
Slowly rotate your forearm outward by pushing with the cane to create a gentle stretch across the shoulder. Return to the starting position.
Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions once daily.
