Stretches the thumb abductor muscles and increases range of motion

Stretches the thumb abductor muscles and increases range of motion

Place your affected hand flat on a table. Move your thumb out to the side, away from your index finger, as far as comfortable. Hold this stretch for 5 seconds and return to the starting position. Repeat 10 times per session and perform 2–3 sessions per day.
