Pain, swelling and bruising after trauma; confirmed on X‑ray. Many treated with sling and early ROM; surgery for displaced patterns.

Trauma; focal tenderness; swelling/bruising; X‑ray confirmation.

Sling; edema control; early elbow/hand motion; gentle shoulder ROM as healing allows; later strengthening.
