Soft ball or rolled towel
Enhances grip strength and builds endurance in forearm and hand muscles
Hold a soft ball, sponge or rolled towel in the affected hand. Squeeze the object firmly for 6 seconds, then relax for 6 seconds. Repeat 8–12 repetitions. Perform 1–2 sets per session.
