Begin with your elbow bent and your wrist neutral, making a fist with your thumb outside your fingers. Progressively straighten your fingers, extend your wrist, extend your thumb, and rotate your palm up, using your other hand to gently stretch the thumb at the end position. Hold each position for 3 seconds before moving to the next and return to the starting position. Perform 10–15 repetitions once daily.
