Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer’s Elbow)

Pain at inner elbow worsened by gripping or wrist flexion; often overuse.

Tender at medial epicondyle; pain with resisted wrist flexion/pronation; decreased grip strength.

Relative rest; counterforce strap; eccentric forearm strengthening; stretching; activity modification.
