Stretch
Stretches the muscles and tendons on the inside of the forearm

Stretches the muscles and tendons on the inside of the forearm
Straighten your arm and bend your wrist back as if signaling someone to stop. Use your opposite hand to gently pull your palm back until you feel a stretch on the inside of your forearm. Hold for 15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 5 times per session and perform this stretch throughout the day.
