Ankle Fracture

A break in one or more of the bones that make up the ankle joint, often due to trauma or twisting injury.

Biceps Tendon Rupture

A tear of the tendon that attaches the biceps muscle to the shoulder or elbow, causing pain and weakness.

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow, causing numbness, tingling, and weakness in the ring and little fingers.

Fractures

Breaks in bones caused by trauma, overuse, or underlying conditions that weaken bone.

Inflammation of the tendons that attach to the inner elbow, causing pain from repetitive stress.

Knee Arthritis

Inflammation or degeneration of the knee joint causing pain, swelling, and stiffness.

Paronychia

Infection of the skin around the fingernail or toenail, leading to redness, swelling, and tenderness.

Radial Styloid Tenosynovitis (DeQuervains)

Inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist, causing pain with movement.

Rotator Cuff Tear

An injury to the group of muscles and tendons stabilizing the shoulder joint, leading to pain and limited arm movement.

Shoulder Dislocation

When the upper arm bone pops out of the shoulder socket, causing pain and instability.

Shoulder Osteoarthritis

Degenerative joint disease of the shoulder, leading to pain, stiffness, and limited motion.

Tennis Elbow

Inflammation of the tendons on the outside of the elbow, causing pain and tenderness often due to overuse.

Thumb Basal Joint Arthritis

Arthritis at the base of the thumb, causing pain, weakness, and difficulty gripping.

Trochanteric Bursitis

Inflammation of the bursa over the outer hip, leading to pain on the outside of the thigh and hip.

Ankle Sprain

Stretching or tearing of the ligaments in the ankle, usually from rolling or twisting the foot.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Compression of the median nerve in the wrist, leading to numbness, tingling, and weakness in the hand.

Felon

A painful infection of the fingertip, typically involving the pulp of the finger.

Ganglion Cyst

A noncancerous lump, often on the wrist or hand, filled with a jellylike fluid.

Hip Osteoarthritis

Degenerative joint disease of the hip leading to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

Knee Osteoarthritis

A degenerative joint disease characterized by the breakdown of cartilage, causing pain and stiffness in the joints.

Neck Pain/Strain

Pain or stiffness in the neck muscles, often due to poor posture, injury, or strain.

Patellofemoral Syndrome

Pain around the kneecap due to overuse, misalignment, or cartilage irritation, often called 'runner's knee'.

Radial Tunnel Syndrome

Compression of the radial nerve in the forearm, leading to pain and weakness in the forearm and hand.

Sacroiliitis

Inflammation of one or both sacroiliac joints, causing pain in the lower back and buttocks.

Shoulder Impingement Syndrome

Compression of the rotator cuff tendons in the shoulder, causing pain and restricted movement.

Soft Tissue Mass

An abnormal lump or growth in muscles, fat, or other soft tissues, often benign but may require evaluation.

Thoracic Pain/Strain

Pain or strain in the mid-back region, often caused by posture, injury, or muscle fatigue.

Trigger Finger

A condition where a finger gets stuck in a bent position due to inflammation of the tendon sheath.

Wrist Tendonitis

Inflammation of the tendons in the wrist, often from repetitive movements, causing pain and swelling.

Care that starts conservative:

rest/activity tuning, bracing, anti‑inflammatories, and physical therapy.

Surgical options when indicated:

minimally invasive arthroscopy, fracture fixation, joint reconstruction—always with shared decision‑making and clear expectations.
