Cane or stick
Improves external rotation range and promotes gentle strengthening
With your elbow bent and tucked against your side, hold a cane or light stick in both hands. Using the uninjured hand, gently push the injured hand outward to rotate the forearm away from your body. Hold for 5 seconds, then return to the starting position. Perform 10 repetitions per session and repeat 3 sets.
