Stretches tight chest muscles and anterior shoulder structures

Stand in a doorway with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and hands on the doorframe.
Step one foot forward and gently lean your body through the doorway until you feel a stretch across the front of your shoulders and chest.
Hold for 20–30 seconds, then relax. Repeat 2–3 times.

Hold 20-30 sec, 2-3 sets
