Stretch

Stretches the triceps muscle and reduces tightness

Towel

Stretches the triceps muscle and reduces tightness

Stand with one arm holding the end of a towel overhead. Place your other arm behind your back and hold the other end of the towel. Pull the towel downward with the lower arm to stretch the triceps of the top arm while keeping the top elbow close to your ear. Hold the stretch for 15–20 seconds and repeat 3–6 times.
